Old stone flour mill located in a beautiful setting in Coux. It has been working since it was refurbished a few years ago. At each visit, the miller sets the wheels turning for visitors, producing flour and at the same time recounting the local history of mills and millers.

Depuis sa réfection bien avancée, nous recevons des visiteurs sur demande et nous pouvons en même temps profiter du four et du bar.
En s'appuyant sur l'observation du réseau hydraulique, le guide explique le fonctionnement des moulins à eau.
Puis, il montre l'écrasement des grains entre les meules de pierre, le blutage (tamisage) de la farine, le tout dans une ambiance conviviale.

Opening hours on Tuesday and Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
